Assistance Needed: Issues with Endpoint DLP and Error Screenshots

I'm experiencing several issues with Endpoint DLP. I have a domain where users don't have administrator access, and I'm unable to obtain reports such as printing or document editing activities. Additionally, some users are facing USB write restrictions, even though the policy isn't activated. I'll send screenshots of two errors that appear on the Agent panel. Can anyone assist me?
