Assistance and Idea

Gabriel has been assisting me today and I would firstly like to say a big thanks to him its great to speak with people who give support when its needed, so many thanks.
Secondly, one of the things I am coming across is that most systems we wish to monitor are NOT SNMP enabled which is a major pain because it means we need to install SNMP which then requires the installation CD. This will be especially an issue if we are installing trial probes (great idea by the way) as we are trying to prove to clients this is an easy and simple method of obtaining managed systems but then we have to come onsite to install SNMP!!
Is there anything in the pipeline that will solve this?
Also what is hugely missing from this product is a method to hop onto the server or desktop that you need to manage could we not use something like VNC or RADMIN from within the system to do this, just and idea.
