Assigning the role of a technician
Hi,
I have installed ServiceDesk with AD Integration. Now I want couple of users of my domain to have the role of a technician along with the adminsitrative rights.
I did not find any options in the admin toolkit to assign such roles to the user.
Could you please guide us as on how to go ahead on this.
