Assigning Group/Technician Failed Error

Good afternoon,

We are receiving the below error message when trying to assign a request to a technician:



We're only seeing this happen with two requests currently. It is already assigned to a support group, but when we select the technician from the drop-down menu we get the error message.

Any idea what the issue could be?
