Assign Weekend Tickets to a Specific Technician

I would like to configure our system so that all tickets created on weekends (Friday and Saturday) are automatically assigned to a specific technician (ID: 3).

Could you please guide me on the steps required to implement this configuration? I would appreciate any instructions, best practices, or workflow setup suggestions you can provide.
