Assign to a different Technician with a note

Assign to a different Technician with a note

I've searched everywhere in the forums but I can't find this info. Basically, I want to assign to a new Technician but I also want to pass on some info to him/her or state an action to take - I may have completed some work on the call but I need another technician to finish it off e.g "New user setup in AD - Please add to CRM"

Any help much appreciated.
