Assign Time for Requests is off
So I'm looking at the assigned time field in the requests table. The vast majority of the assigned times are the same as resolved times. is there a reason for this?
I'm looking to get a "how long was a request worked on by a tech" sort of metric. The idea was that the time between assigned and resolved would be better that created to resolved. But now it looks like assigned time isn't a one time static entry?
Any thoughts?
