Assign "Service Category" during massage parsing
Hello
I am trying to pars the field "Service Category" and assign some predefined value through "E-Mail Command"
No problem with
CATEGORY
SUBCATEGORY
or ITEM
But no way with Service Category. It's not possible at all?
