Assign Group and Technician dialogue not closing.

When selecting ASSIGN -> ASSIGN a popup is displayed "Assign this request to a group/technician"
After selecting the technician and then clicking ASSIGN the popup doesn't close, it stays on the screen.
Is this a bug?
