Assign Custom Template to Helpdesk User
Hi,
I have created a custom user creation template for my helpdesk usage. But unfortunately, I am not able to assign the template to them. When they logged in, they get the default system template.
As a workaround, I have to
1. Temporary grant them the right to create/modify user creation template,
2. then assigned my custom user creation template as a default templates.
Only then, they are able to use my custom templates.
Is there any better way from Super Admin to assigned the custom template without having to grant the Helpdesk user the right to Create/Modify Templates?
