Assets in SD+ 7.6 (7610)
Good day!
I have 6 storage lockers with 5 shelves in each.
I have workstation NICs in locker 2 shelf 1 and server NICs in locker 3 shelf 4
I have video adapters in locker 2 shelf 2
I also have projector bulbs in locker 2 shelf 2
externals HDDs are in locker 1 shelf 3 and locker 2 shelf 4
and so on
In SD+ i have only ONE field - Location to define where my asset is.
Questions are
- how can i get the list "what is in the Locker 2 (grouped by type)"?
- how can i get the list "where are all NICs (both server and workstations)?"
Another question:
I bought 5 big boxes with 20 boxes with 10 DVD disks in each.
If i put all these disks as separate assets i will have REAL HELL in assets - 1000 DVDs and even more -- when I will give away all these 1000 disks I will buy ANOTHER 1000.
If i put all these disks as 5 "big boxes" I will lose ability to resolve requests as: "Give 7 DVD disks to Mr.Nobody"
Any ideas? It seems to me it would be VERY useful to have "recoverable" items in store - BOX OF DVD with quantity inside (it is also useful for printer cartridges).
And the last questions:
Is there any ability to search in request resolutions? I have rights to view all resolutions and want to find all requests, where for example Active Directory group "MyVerySpecialGroup" is mentioned.
And the same question about search in Conversations in Requests.
