Assets Failing Scan

I have a number of assets that could not be scanned for a number of reasons.
Some of these are currently switched off, others are laptops that aren't on the network, some are for other reasons.

After the domain scan has completed, I have the following information -

Total IT Assets in AD : 299
� Successful Scan : 163
� Failed Scan : 136 [Troubleshoot]

NOTE: To troubleshoot Scanning problem, click on the 'Troubleshoot' link near the error message.

List of IT Asset[s] Failed







This list shows all of the Assets that have failed.

On the Home page, this tells me Scan failed for 7 Workstations

Why is this? Surely all of the machines where the scan failed should be in this list???

I need to see a complete list of all failures. Is there anyway I can do this? Can I create a report to do this (which would be the most ideal method of viewing the data as this can be exported!)

Currently I am only using the trial version.
