Assets-Creating Incidents/No Asset Available

Testing asset association with creating an incident. 

My goal would be when help desk tech creates an incident, performs a look-up of a requester; the Asset section auto populates with the asset information . Instead it shows "No Asset Available" (see attached) 

I created a relationship with the asset and the Requester in Assets. 

Any suggestion on why this field does not auto-populate?
