Asset Tracking furniture
Our Finance department wants to start using ServiceDesk to track building furniture. Before I commit to them, I wanted to confirm the licensing schema of ServiceDesk.
We have a 1250 node license. Can you confirm that entering NON-IT assets into ServiceDesk will not use any licenses?
Also, is there a way to create a custom 'furniture' Non-IT category?
