All scanned systems are Windows XP, SP3 with permissions controlled by group policy. The versions are listed correctly in the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall.

 

How can I troubleshoot this problem?
