Asset Scanning Problem

Dear Team
 
I am using Service Desk Professional and have problem in scanning some of the machines at location .
 
Machine ip is pinging from Service Desk Server /
Machine c$  is accessible
Machine file sharing is on
 
Firewall and antivirus is off in the machine can you help us in diagnosing  the problem .
