Morning all,

We're currently waiting for an update from Manage Engine regarding seamless integration with InTune but I'm interested to know how other business import assets to Service Desk plus as they physically land from an initial order ie via the use of a barcode scanner.

We have ways of importing and scanning hardware and software once it's on our network but the asset should be in our system before that piece of work is done.
