Asset problems
Our users are getting problems when trying to log a request. We would like to make our Asset field a mandatory option for the users however, we would like to have the option of the user selecting NONE. If the user selects NONE they get an error message saying that the workstationID field is incorrect (one presumes this error message relates to the Asset field even though it's seemingly labelled wrongly). Is there anyway to allow the user to select none, and more importantly is it possible to rename the Asset field back to WorkstationID as that is all we use the Asset field for?
