I'm running in to some challenges in regards to maintenance.
We currently have the workcenter that is subjected to maintenance listed in the title of the maintenance and listed in the asset, but we use the subject of the maintenance to identify what type of maintenance is needed (weekly, monthly, etc)
I want to add a title and/or asset column in the request overview so it's more clear what asset requires maintenance.
Is that something that I can add to the selection options? if so, how do I do that?
I'm currently running build 14200 of ServiceDesk Plus.
I've attached an example of the maintenance and how its set up.
