There are some problems with the asset management features where the links are not working in the asset fields.
For e.g. I create a IT Asset Printers and added a list of printers in them. When I click on any of the printers to change/update their fields, after which I click on Assets>Printers, it is not showing the initial list of printers.
Can you please have a look into it? I attached document with screen shots for your reference.
Also for the Software License Management Part, there are 2 questions which I faced when applying them:
1) How do I manage software licenses which are for e.g. : Installed with Office XP but a Office 2003 License is purchased for it
2) I see that an unique no. is generated for each licenses purchased as the key field. And there are 100s of them which are very hard to managed. Is it possible to have them group according to the numbers/dates when they are purchased? e.g. Office XP quantity purchased: 10 quantity used: 9 purchased date: 08/08/08 Please let me know if there are better suggestions [/img]
