I would like to list all my print cartridges within the servicedesk so that all technicians can view the current stock level and amend as appropriate, I would also like servicedesk to automatically notify me when my stock levels reach a predefined level so that i can maintain a working stock level.
Could you let me know how to do this using serviceplus 7501 or if it's not currently possible can this be included in an upcoming update.
