I have 24 software items that show up in "Under Licensed” yet I have the number Purchased equaling the number installed. The Icon shows green as compliant so I do not know why it is on this list. I also have one software that is over licensed on the under licensed list. The pie graph shows the under licensed section as well. I am going through an asset audit next week and this will really hurt my numbers. Any ideas?
