Hiya, 

So this may be really simple, but it's been a long week and my head is fried! 

I'm creating some incident templates, one of which is for printers, I'd like the asset list to be restricted to only show printers. But the asset list that's available either shows only assets assigned to the user, or ALL assets with seemingly no obvious way to filter what assets are shown. The printers aren't owned by anyone as they are shared office assets. 

Whilst the global asset list works, I'd rather not have that option enabled, except on specific templates, where I can filter the results. For example, I don't want Joe bloggs to be able to log a ticket with my asset information, but I do want them to be able to select "public" assets, such as printers. 

How could I achieve this?
