Asset Issues

Hello Service Desk Support

We have a site running ServiceDesk 8.1.0.8105 who are having some issues with automatic updating of assets in asset explorer.

There are two issues we are currently facing. The first is that the automatic scan appears to be working according to the log file (see below) but the device does not update it's asset information if has scanned successfully in the past, and does not add a record if it has not previously. Licences for assets are not an issue as there nearly 100 available asset licences.

The second issue we are having is that when we try and replicate the error by performing a manual scan, the device cannot bind to the ServiceDesk server to upload the asset.
