Asset field not populating automatically in build 7013
Hi.
We are using Servicedesk Plus 7013 Enterprise.
After the update to 7013 the asset field no longer populates automatically when a requestor name is chosen from the New Request screen. It flickers as if it has populated but doesn't. We then have to click the icon next to the asset field to choose the asset associated to the requestor.
This was supposed to be one of the fixes implemented in 7013, but actually it has made the problem worse.
I would appreciate a response from support please.
