Asset field keeps getting cleared.
Has anyone noticed that when you view a request and change anything like the [Category] or assign a technician, the Asset field gets cleared and you have to go and select the workstation again? This is becoming annoying because some of our people don't always remember what Assest was selected before it gets cleared. I am starting my list of things that are not working in V7 and I am a little surprised at some of the things I have found after waiting 6 months to upgrade. I would have thought that these bugs would have been noted and taken care of by now. Oh well, back to work I go.......
