Asset Explorer won't analize device.

Asset Explorer won't analize device.

Hello, 
We have Asset explorer, and we're using Endpoint Central's agent to add devices to it.
The issue we're having is when we manually try to analyse devices, we get the following error:
The version of Asset Explorer is 7.6 7650 and the Endpoint Central's agent version is 11.3.2400.35.W
What we would like to know is:
— Why can't we analyse the devices.
— We don't have a licence for Endpoint Central, could this be the cause of the issue?
— We used the 30 days free trial of Endpoint Central, if it is the issue how can we use it without the need to pay for another licence.
