Asset Explorer to Service Desk Plus
We are currently using Asset Xplorer software and evaluting ServiceDesk Plus software.
Can you please let me know the way to take the backup of Asset xplorer and restore the same in Service desk plus ?
In other words.. migration/transition from AE to SE+.
