Asset Explorer Scan With IP
Hi
in asset explorer when enable Schedule Scan, scan asset with CI name .
but this is good when you have DNS server and all ci name config in dns server , so the scan show successful
BUT !!!!!
when you don't have dns and ci name is different with dns name (virtual Machine)
asset explorer cannot scan with name and in schedule show scan failed
Example :
Virtual Machine name : srv10kuphknlo29
DNS Name : srv10DNS.test.local
how can i schedule scan asset with ip address??
and i know network scan can it but network scan is manual i looking for auto discover solution
