Asset Explorer - Endpoint Central Integration - Asset data of computers greyed out

Hi,

I have installed Asset Explorer  6.9 Build 6990 and Endpoint Central 11 Build 11.2.2307.2 both on the same Windows 10 x64 VM. I have generated both API integration keys and both sides say API status is OK but when I go to:

Endpoint Central --> admin --> integrations --> serviceDesk Plus settings, under the "features" "Asset data of computers" is disabled and I cant modify it because it is greyed out.

I am not sure if it is related but also when in AssetExplorer I go to: Administration-->Agent Configuration I get a message that says something like "Your administrator privileges are not in sync with Endpoint Central. Integrate AssetExplorer in the “Administration” > “ServiceDesk Plus Settings” page of the Endpoint Central application and repeat the operation." I used a transator.

I am currently using the "admin" user in Endpoint Central and the "Administator" in Asset Explorer.

Any advice?

                New to ADSelfService Plus?
