We were very excited to see the release of the Asset Booking module but we've unfortunately hit an issue right at the start. How can we notify technicians that a new booking request has been submitted?
There are some triggers that can be enabled in Notification Rules to notify the end user that they've booked something, but nothing for technicians. Unless they happen to be watching the 'Asset Bookings' screen 24/7, there is no visual indication or notification that an asset has been booked and needs to be prepared for pickup.
This could lead to booking requests sitting idle, or users coming to pickup an asset that we don't know about. Is there something I'm missing?
