asp net process monitor
This is the main issue we are having, and why we are looking to WildMetrix as a possible solution. We have several web-based ASP.NET applications running on our server (they are all web based apps that use IIS). One or more of these apps is causing the CPU to deadlock. In other words, if I do a ctrl-alt-delete and have a look at the task manager, the CPU usage is stuck at 100% and when I take a look at all of the running processes, I can see the culprit is the aspnet_wp process. I have to forcefully put an end to the process to free up the CPU once again. This is a huge problem for us because when the CPU is deadlocked, no application can run on the server. We want WildMetrix to pinpoint what application is causing the problem; and if it can do more, such as tell me exactly what page or URL is causing the error, that would be even better. We cannot replicate the problem ourselves - it just comes out of nowhere, and there are tens of thousands of lines of code in all of our programs and pinpointing the issue is very difficult. Can WildMetrix help us with this issue?
