ask about categorization in supportcenter plus
please help me....
I have 2 business unit in supportcenter, we call it BU A and BU B. I have been setting category in BU A. but when contact BU B wants to create request in application, he can choose BU A category. it shouldn't be selected by contact who doesn't in BU A.
how to separate category for each BU?
