I am attempting to connect to an AS/400 and I have followed all the steps required in the support document and the high ports of 9470 - 9476 fail when i run a test.

I have checked with the network team and they state that all the ports are open and that the AS/400 does not have a daemon running on the ports. 

What do I need to make this work. I have tried syslog as well and still no data is collected
