I'm testing out MDM with Desktop Central on my iPhone 4 with iOS 6. I've added the app "Free Translator With Voice" to the apps repository as a test and distributed it to my group.  I got the email recommending I install the app, but I have zero apps available in the App Catalog.

 

Also, I had previously added this phone and removed it later leaving me with a blank icon for a second App Catalog - how can I remove this?  When I trigger the jiggling icons there is no x on it's corner.
