Across many of our Android devices, apps and web shortcuts are disappearing from the Kiosk. Also, actions pushed from the management portal, such as immediate app updates, profile reassociations, and remote restarts, are not reaching endpoints, but endpoint appear to be communicating successfully.

So far, we have not found a correlation between devices or profiles. They are of different ages, vendors, and models, and are across multiple groups and profiles.
