Once a request is "Approved" and technician adds another Approver the status for the added Approver in "Approval Details" is "Pending Approval". However, the status for the request remains on "Approved" and   therefore it is incorrect.
We expect the status of the request should change from "Approved" to "Pending Approval" as well.
