Hi Team,

Could you please advice according to next. Is it possible to have the ability to send for approval on new stage when request is rejected. 

We have first approval action enabled for all tickets, that's why we can not send approval at the same stage. 

We are using RLC, if request was rejected ticket is not being closed but goes to open and specified group.
