Hello,

I have to create a Service request template where User can ask for access to different folders on a network share.

I want to add a field to the template, where the User has to select the folder. Depending on the folder, a different User has to approve this request. For example if the User requests access to the Quality folder, the manager of the Quality Department has to approve it, for Finance folder, the Finance Manager etc. However, for some folders normal Users have to approve this request.

How can I set the approval up?
