Good morning, I allow myself to contact you because we use your solution for the management of intervention tickets within our production site in Fontaine. I updated your software on Friday and I'm on version 12.0 Build 12000 We are a little disturbed after this version because in our operating logic, we create a ticket following a user request, we pass the ticket from the open state to the processing state, then once the problem is corrected, we switch it to solved then sends the request for approval and finally we put the ticket in the closed state. However since this version, we are obliged to have the ticket in the open or in process state in order to be able to have the option to submit for approval. If we generate the approval and mark the ticket as resolved, we cannot approve it. And the submit for approval option disappears from the menu. (cf screenshot1 processing status and screenshot2 solved status )
Would it be possible to explain to me how to make the submit for approval option accessible when the ticket is in resolved status?
