Wondering if any of you can help.

When we send tickets for approval we get this error:

I have also found the same error when trying to edit the template for approver 1.

Does anyone know how to fix this, my thought is the file containing the template may be corrupt. Not a clue on how to fix it though.

Any help is much appreciated
