Approval action by replying to the approval email

Approval action by replying to the approval email

Zia is unable to predict some of the approval emails replied to the ticket.

1. The user replies "approved", but Zia recognizes the email content in an HTML code format and there is nothing to do with the email contents.
2. "Approved" was tested successfully in the "Training data and help Zia make informed decisions"
3. Sometimes "Approved" can successfully take the approval action correctly.
