AppManager11 - how can I move to new server?

AppManager11 - how can I move to new server?

I am trying to find information on how to move my appmanager 11 to a new server. 

I have a new install on the new server but need to know what files to port over. (I have a full backup of my appmanager11 folder from old server!)

I installed using MySQL backend.
