AppManager stopped running after a reboot!

Dear Sirs,

We're using Appmanager 6057 on a W2K machine having around 150 monitors. As additional information, some of our monitors are script/custom monitors.

The server has being extremely slow (even is plenty of RAM and Ghz).
So, we decided to reboot it. It came up with no problems, but the appmanager never gets to be up & running. Trying to log into the system comes with the message: " The server is currently starting up. This page will reload itself in 30 seconds, or you can click here to reload it now to display the login page. If this problem persists, kindly refer the troubleshooting section" and stays there since the machine rebooted.

INFO: There are currently a lot of rmiregistry.exe (8), rotatelogs.exe (6), mysqld-nt.exe (5), cmd.exe (8 and growing) and apache.exe (2) processes on the system. Is that a normal behaviour?

Any urgent help would be appreciated since we have no monitoring at all right now.
