AppManager show more Interfaces or interfaces down

1- we use app manager to monitor 30 win server that all are remote in separate networks.
     in "Availability & Health Status - Multiple Monitors" widget we see some Critical alert that interface is down.
    Like this:
    "Interface broadcom BCM5709C netxterm II GigE(NDIS VBD client) #2-Qos packet scheduler 0000 is removed"
      while non of servers manipulated.

2-   we use SNMP mode monitoring for this servers. but when we see "Interfaces" tab in each monitor page it show about 20 interface! that only 2 or 3 of them are active! why it show many interfaces. maybe is was connected switch interfaces.
