Hello,

I need to have a monitor status on a company page. This page is used by users to view infos regarding some processes. I would like to add also info about our servers status which is monitored by the AppManager. The problem is that I need to show the status only in simple way, not as it is in the AppManager.

Is there a plugin or a way how to solve this? How to link AppManager to HTML popup so it will just show two messages. Server Running, Server Down, etc.
