AppManager 11 - Windows 2008R2 - "Interface is removed"

We have a 2008R2 monitor which is showing critical Health

Health of [ server] is critical. 
Root Cause : 
1. Interface isatap.{3E86BA00-5BC4-4C13-9F9F-37A9B203EE2B} is removed



I check the server event logs and there are no events since the last server boot time relating to this interface, and the interface is there

When I set to "clear", the monitor returns critical again on next poll, or 5 minutes later. 

How does AppManager determine that the interface is there or not? I believe there may be an issue but cannot find a means of reproducing or any evidence to support it.
