Hi, my Service Desk Plus has expired and I have the new license file but I can,t access Service Desk to apply the
next.
Instructions to apply the Registered License File
Note: ServiceDesk Plus server should be running, and the license file need to be applied from the ServiceDesk Plus client.
1. Save this license file in a folder and click "License" link on the top right corner of the ServiceDesk Plus client.
2. You can browse and choose this file and click "Apply" button.
3. On successfully applying the license file, the message "ServiceDesk Plus has been Upgraded"
Can somebody help me?
