Apply hotfix 7022 problem

Apply hotfix 7022 problem

We have tried to upgrade to 7022 and have encountered a problem where we saw the data for about 3 minutes then when the page updates it will give a 500 error.

We have tried to roll back to 7019 and are having the same problems.

A call has been logged to support@servicedeskplus.com were we have attached all usual support files BUT we have had no reply and this is urgent for us now! Please find a the call logged via David Davies @ 12.10 today.
