Applications Manager Plugin is not reachable

Hello.
We did an upgrade of AMP from build 174400 to build 177202, and after that an upgrade of OpManager from build 12.8.524 to 12.8.544. Upgrade processes went smoothly, aka GUI install wizzard didn't report any instal errors.
2 hours after upgrades alarms started appearing in OpM "Application Manager Plugin is not reachable", screenshot attached. Log files from OpM and APM are on link: APM plugin unreachable

Let me know if you wern't able to open the link with log files.

Please help us find the solution and get everything to work.
